Reed Accountancy Brighton are seeking an immediately available purchase ledger clerk for a 2 month booking in Newhaven, starting in January 2020.
- Process multi currency invoices for inventory and expenses
- Reconcile Supplier statements
- Resolve queries with both external suppliers and internal customers
- Assist with the payment of invoices
- Support the Accounts Payable team and other finance areas with administration duties
- Experience in Accounts Payable.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Strong communication skills. Confident telephone manner.
- Methodical approach to tasks with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Ability to prioritise in order to meet strict deadlines.
