Reed Accountancy Brighton are seeking an immediately available purchase ledger clerk for a 2 month booking in Newhaven, starting in January 2020. 

Job Spec:

  • Process multi currency invoices for inventory and expenses
  • Reconcile Supplier statements
  • Resolve queries with both external suppliers and internal customers
  • Assist with the payment of invoices
  • Support the Accounts Payable team and other finance areas with administration duties



  • Experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • Strong communication skills. Confident telephone manner.
  • Methodical approach to tasks with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent administration skills.
  • Ability to prioritise in order to meet strict deadlines.
