Reed Accountancy are pleased to be recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk / Office Administrator for our client in Greater Belfast. The successful candidate will be offered a temporary role with the view to becoming permanent shortly thereafter based on performance.

Duties to include:
• Purchase Ledger maintenance
• Processing a volume of invoices
• Subcontractor payments
• Producing weekly reports for management
• Data input of subcontractor payments
• General administrative support including Reception cover

Person Specification:
• Previous experience in a Purchase ledger role essential
• Excellent IT and administrative skills
• Organised, methodical and able to problem solve
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
