This position will be well suited to a organised individual situated locally to Kings Langley with previous Accounts Payable experience.  The post holder will be a key person in assisting in the processing of our clients supplier invoices reporting directly to the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to;

• Processing purchase invoices
• Processing purchase orders
• Matching invoices to orders to delivery notes (3 way match)
• Processing staff expenses
• Dealing with suppliers & queries
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Daily filing of invoices & statements
• Answering the telephone & distributing faxes
• Other ad-hoc tasks as necessary
• Covering other roles within the department as and when required

The suitable candidate will be as follows;

- A consistent background in Purchase Ledger
- Good working knowledge and experience using Sage Line 50
- Confident excel user
- A flexible approach and working as part of a team
