A further education college who are going thorugh a merger who are looking to add an individual to well funcitioning and stable finance team

Check and input orders and invoices
Chase cardholders who haven't submitted monthly transaction log
respond to all queries fromsuplliers and staff

This role is a 1 Year part time contract 20 Hourse Per Week - You have to work a full day on a Friday with the rest of the hours spilt over the other afternoons in the week

Good verbal and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to maintain clear and accurate financial records
Computer literacy and the ability to use various specialist applications
Reasonable word processing skills
