Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with our client in the Lisburn area to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Assistant to cover a period of maternity (6 months + ). This contract is offering an immediate start and a salary in the region of £16-17,000 p/a depending on experience.

Duties to include:
• High volume purchase invoice processing
• Entry on invoice data to computerised system
• Matching, batching & coding invoices
• Query handling and resolution
• Ad hoc administrative duties as required

Person Specification:
• Previous experience in a purchase ledger role essential
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with financial information
• Excellent IT skills, including a computerised Accounts package
• Flexible and willing to assist with ad hoc duties as required
