Temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant - 40 hrs Per Week
Key responsibilities will include:
- Matching, batching and coding purchase invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Liaising with internal staff to resolve any invoice queries
- Assisting the management with any requirements
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player who is motivated with good attention to detail. They will ideally have purchase ledger/accounts payable experience, along with good IT skills including Excel.
