Due to company growth, my Basingstoke client are now seeking someone with strong purchase ledger experience to join their team. Supporting the Purchase Ledger Manager, this team is responsible for the bookkeeping of the firm and will provide an excellent service to both clients, contacts and staff.

Key Skills
Strong Purchase Ledger experience
Experience dealing with staff expenses
Knowledge of SARs, VAT & HMIT regulations

Key Responsibilities
To assist the control & administration of the firms purchase ledger
Supplier statement reconciliations
Set up of new suppliers
Processing credit applications
Processing of bank transfers
Processing of expenses – including input & payments
Financial management reporting as required
