Reed Accountancy are pleased to be working with our client to recruit for a Purchase Ledger Administrator on a temporary ongoing basis, this role will particularly suit someone who wants to forge a career in accounts or whom has studied Accounts in School, College or University. My client are offering a temporary positon which could extend or become permanent based on performance and offering a flexible salary negotiable depending on experience.

Duties to include:
• Entering invoice information to computerised Accounts package
• Matching and coding invoices
• Query Handling and resolution

Person Specification:
• Previous experience or studies in an Accounts field
• Excellent computer literacy including typing and data input
• Good understanding and previous use of Microsoft Excel
• Numerate, analytical and able to problem solve
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
