 Established company based in Horley seek a Purchase ledger Analyst to join their existing team.  Reporting to the Shared Service Manager this role will be responsible for the following duties:

*Checking and processing purchase ledger invoices

*Supplier statement reconciliations

*Dealing with supplier queries

*Prepare and process monthly payment runs

*Analyse and challenge accuracy of invoices

*Processing expenses and credit card statements

*Process improvement and producing reports for management

*Assisting with sales ledger by generating sales invoices

*Assisting department to meet KPI's

Ideal candidate will have some previous accounting experience and be keen to secure a role in finance.  Strong problem solving and analytical skills are essential as is strong IT and communication skills.  Confident team player with good organisational skills and a willingness to learn is essential along with good interpersonal and rapport building abilities.  Would suit early stage AAT studier.
