An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, bright accounts payable clerk to join a West London based Care Company in a standalone purchase ledger position.
REED Accountancy has the role for you. We are recruiting for a passionate Accounts Payable to work a fantastic 8 week temp position working for an excellent Care Company to start immediately.
As an essential member of the team, you will be required to conduct the following;
• Processing invoices onto Greatplains
• Processing of staff expenses
• Completing weekly payment runs using AP
• Assisting with payroll run
• Reconciling Purchase Order numbers
• Payment runs
• Bank reconciliations
• Handling of queries both by telephone and by email
Previous working processing staff expenses and payroll is beneficial
