We are actively seeking Purchase Ledger Clerk for a highly reputable company in Bromborough. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a very successful business on a permanent basis.

The main duties include:

- Invoice inputting onto Accounts system, using multiple cost codes and general ledger codes
- Ensure all invoices supported by purchase order / authorisation
- Statement reconciliation prior to month end
- Month end and mid-month BACS payment
- File import to
- Input payments onto Accounts system – remit to suppliers
- File all invoices
- Age Creditor analysis - monthly
- Bank reconciliation – standing orders & direct debits relating to purchase invoices

Our client is looking for someone who has:

Purchase Ledger experience
Good interpersonal and IT skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work well in a fast paced environment

You must also be available immediately or have a notice period of no longer than 2 weeks.
