Want to work part time for a fun organisation with flexible days?

Are you experienced with both Purchase and Sale ledger?

Have you used Sage in your current or previous role?

If you answered yes to all 3 of these questions then we want to hear from you.

Duties include:-

• Date stamp, and check purchase ledger invoices received by post or email
• Enter onto system in date received order
• Setting up new suppliers on system
• Check and reconcile supplier statements
• Running off monthly reports and filing appropriately
• Dealing with queries from suppliers over the telephone and email
• File and archive invoices and statements
• Producing invoices via system from job reports given to you by the Business Managers
• Setting up new customers on system
• Running of monthly reports and filing appropriately
• Collate proof of delivery

For the successful candidate my client will offer an attractive hourly rate. The role is 3 days per week with the flexibility to choose which days you work (24 hours per week).
