An exciting opportunity as arisen within an arts-charity based in Cardiff Bay looking to recruit a number of customer service assistants on a part-time basis. You’ll be joining an organisation with a real enthusiasm for making a difference within their community and this is a great opportunity for someone with a like-minded mentality. 

Please Note: This is a part-time role with an hourly rate of £7.50. Various shifts and hours are available. 

Successful candidates will be expected to fulfill the following duties and responsibilities, 
• Ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment for all visitors. 
• Building relationships with customers on a personal level to ensure they get the maximum out of their engagement and customer experience. 
• Providing a positive experience across a number of engagement areas including ticket desk, telephone and front of house. 
• Actively promote shows and activities taking place on-site. 
• Resolve customer enquiries or complaints in a timely manner and where possible at the first point of contact. 
• Responding to Social Media and online enquiries. 
• Promote other business areas in all engagements with customers.

Successful candidates will need to have the following skills and/or experience to be considered for the role. 
• Excellent people skills both in person and over the phone. 
• Proficient with the use of computers.
