My client is seeking an administrator to join their busy team based in Glasgow City Centre. This role would suit an administrator coming from an estate agency, sales support or property background.

Your previous admin experience is great but also you must bring your enthusiasm and willingness to work in a fast paced environment as you will be the second member of a team of two within this department.

The working hours are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. Extra benefits include 20 days leave including bank holidays. Free car parking is available on site. Salary is depending on experience.

Duties include:
• Answering all incoming calls and enquiries
• Making necessary outgoing calls to clients
• Completing background checks on behalf of clients
• Email inbox management and general organised of the work load
• Knowledge of anti-money laundering is beneficial
• Excellent spelling and grammar is essential!
