Our client, a west established company based in the heart of the West End, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their Property Services team.
Do you describe yourself as well organised, have great time management and prioritisation skills and do all this with a positive attitude?
If you, this might be the role for you.
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, perhaps within the Financial Services or Property industry and will have experience in dealing with Senior Stakeholders within the business on a day to day basis.
You'll have excellent relationship building skills, along with excellent customer service and a can do attitude.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Monitoring the help-desk and transferring enquiries through to the relevant team member
- Dealing with rent reviews and notice dates, along with occupancy schedules
- Dealing with suppliers
- Monitoring costs such as postage, stationary and catering supplies
- Budged spreadsheets & analysis
