My client, based in Swindon town centre is currently seeking a Property Projects Administrator. This role is looking to start ASAP and will be on an ongoing temporary basis.

This position is working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

Your pain responsibilities will be the following:

 To support the Property Project Management & Procurement teams in the delivery of the Project goals.
- Provide administrative support for the teams including the organisation of meetings: room booking, meeting invites, agenda preparation, collating and preparing meeting minutes, reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with managers and colleagues across the company.
- Maintain Property Projects tracking systems, calendars and other reporting tools to ensure consistently updated.
- Work closely with all relevant internal Company departments to ensure that documentation is tracked, logged, shared and stored correctly.
- Ensure that the Property Project processes are being met by the team and provide support to other departments who are involved.
- To ensure that the templates within the Property Project process are kept up to date and shared correctly.
- Co-ordinate and review updates from the team that feed into high level meetings and reports.
- Additional duties and projects as and when directed.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

- Excellent communication and influencing skills both written and verbal.
- Aptitude for using a wide variety of computer based systems including MS Office packages (Word, Excel, Project, etc.)

- Analytical, logical and proactive thinker.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and organise workload.
