An organised and highly motivated individual is sought to join a growing property team based in Milton Keynes in an exciting and newly developing role.
The role of the Property Administrator will involve assisting in maintaining a portfolio of fast-paced property receivership appointments. Liaising closely with owners, occupiers, and mortgage adviser while ensuring adherence to statutory guidelines and compliance policies.
An ability to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and superb attention to detail as all key to this role.
A knowledge of insolvency or a legal/secured lending background together with experience of property transactions would be preferred but not essential.
Full on-the-job training will be provided, in addition to the ability to assist in growing and streamlining the role as you progress.
This is a full-time permanent role consisting of a 37.5hr week covering a Monday to Friday working week, with scope for some flexible hours
