My well established, award-winning client in Guildford is looking for a confident team player to join their growing team as a Property Management Coordinator.

They are a very personable Lettings Agent in the Heart of Guildford town and the lucky candidate would be joining an extremely reputable organisation.

They are looking for someone with a real spark that can take on challenges with confidence and excellent organisation.

The ideal candidate would have previous Administration experience, be very proactive
and have a passion for giving exceptional Customer Service.

You will be supporting the Property Manager and assist with the smooth running of the office and you will need to be very proactive and adaptable.

Salary £20,000-£21,000

Working hours:

Monday - Friday 9am-6pm
Every other Saturday 9am-1.30pm


Assist with the management of the property portfolio in order to provide high levels of service with a view to retaining clients and looking after the various properties.
Assist with the management of all property maintenance issues.
Liaise with landlords and negotiate with contractors for works to be carried out on properties.
Arrange gas safety certificates and all other legal documentation to ensure that all managed properties comply with current legislation.
Manage the property diary system to ensure that all reminders, gas safety inspections and regular property inspections.
Report back to landlords following management visits to properties and arrange remedial works and/or follow up visits if required.
Reports as required.
Liaise with tenants and landlords to deal with maintenance issues.
Liaise with contractors and tradesmen in relation to maintenance issues.
Assist with the management of front office dealing with face to face, telephone & e-mail enquiries relating to the maintenance / management of properties.
General administration.

Key skills:

Some experience or knowledge of general property maintenance / maintenance terms would be beneficial but not essential.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage several things at once.
Excellent communication skills.
Problem solving skills.
