We are recruiting for a number for Property Maintenance Administrators to work for a prestigious housing association within Bath. The property market is remaining extremely strong through this pandemic and this particular company are continuing to get busier.
A demand has arisen with their housing team due to a validation exercise being carried out. We are needing 4 candidates to support this team by carrying out audits / inspections on their housing sites / blocks and going through a checklist. You will then perform an investigation analysis on your findings. You will also be asked to review certificates and systems, general data input.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to anyone looking to get into the Housing sector or someone who already has the experience looking for some work.
The role will be part office/home based as well as performing the practical checks on sites. The team will take it in turns to go out a carry on the inspections and working from the office / home inputting the relevant data and doing research.
You will need to be able to drive and a fuel costs will be expensed to back to you.
