My client based in Hampshire are looking for a full time Property Maintenance Administrator to support the property department. They are a small but very friendly team who all help each other to ensure a great experience for the customer.
The job role will be predominantly office based looking after the administration for the properties under management, which will include meeting both tenants and landlords in addition to speaking to customers and contractors on the phone. Knowledge of the lettings or sales processes in the UK would be an advantage but not absolutely necessary.
As this role will be contacting our clients directly, a professional appearance and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential in addition to a full, clean driving licence. All other training will be provided.
This position will suit an individual who is looking to get into the property industry and will also provide career progression once the basic core skills have been learnt.
