Our client is a highly prestigious Loss Adjustment firm based in Manchester City Centre.
They require an experienced Property Claims Handler to join their existing team, who will hit the ground running and provide effective customer service to their claimants from the very start.
The role covers every step of the claims process, from booking the Loss Adjuster out to the property, through to settlement. Properties range from domestic, commercial and HNW businesses with handling limits for each case up to £100,000.
It is crucial that only experienced property claims handlers apply for this role, who can use industry standard applications and tools and who can hit the ground running with with very minimal training, and ideally, the candidate will be working towards their diploma and accreditations, however this is not essential providing that some on-the-job experience has already been achieved. Those from a general claim handling background need not apply unless they have specific experience handling buildings and contents insurance claims.
Please note that this role is situated in an urbanised area in central Manchester with no parking available, so the candidate must be able and willing to travel in to the city by other means.
