REED are delighted to be supporting a well-established Property Claims Division through the current pandemic, in looking to source a handful of experienced Claims Handlers. It is essential that you have some experience within home or property claims.
Initially a 4 Month fixed-term contract, it is likely that you will be made permanent after this time.
This role will initially be based remotely - with laptop provided, however post-lockdown you will continue to have the flexibility to work from home should you wish.
What does the role involve?
- Handling inbound calls from policyholders notifying you of a home or commercial property claim.
- Collating detailed information of the claim & supporting the policyholder.
- Perform administrative tasks accurately.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Providing claim updates and arranging appropriate vendors for cleaning and restoration.
- Demonstrate great negotiating, remain calm and professional.
