I am recruiting for an experienced Property Management Administrator who will be responsible for delivering a professional, flexible, and reliable service across the company.
Please note this is a 9-month Fixed Term contract to cover Maternity Leave, an approx start date will be early March.
You will be providing support to the property management team and therefore you will have gained excellent knowledge of working in a fast-paced repairs and maintenance team.
Full working knowledge of the Section 20 legislative process is paramount as you will be raising Notices in accordance with Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 [as amended].
You will be a great team player who can work well under pressure as well as delivering a very high level of customer care excellence when liaising with leaseholders, contractors, and external surveyors.
Experience needed for this role:
Strong administrative skills to include full comprehensive knowledge of Section 20 processes and the ability to raise legislative Notices to ensure leaseholders are consulted in accordance with relevant legislation to achieve maximum service charge recovery
Knowledge of Qube
Proven experience in standard industry contracts, Health and Safety, current legislation including CDM/PD regulations and the CIS scheme
The ability to answer major works observations within a prompt timescale
Superb organisational skills
Ad hoc assistance to the busy repairs and maintenance team
Fluent English – written and verbal skills
The role is home based for now until further notice.
You will be provided with the relevant IT equipment.
The position is full time – Monday to Thursday 8.30 am – 5.00 pm 1-hour lunch, and Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, half an hour for lunch.
