Our local well-established Leicester based client are looking to appoint a Project Support Business Administrator for a full-time temporary position. working a full-time 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday, working between home and the office.
The main role will require the applicant to be responsible for the administrative, planning and coordination support to a project, implementing Business Analysis support to the Project Manager if required. Plus, to coordinate the communications plan, as directed by the office team.
Part of the role will require the successful applicant to provide administration support to the team and be able to plan team meetings including preparing documentation, minute taking and updating of the project team site.
Be able to monitor the completion of distributed tasks and some analytical support, plus facilitate and drive communication around the project to the whole service.
