Salary is £27,500 per annum; there are also opportunities for overtime.
This vacancy is to replace a leaver, and this is an immediate requirement. Ideally candidates need to be immediately available, or at short notice.
This organisation provides solutions and services to all major investment banks, financial institutions, law firms, private equity firms and enterprises across the globe. Their main product is their virtual data room (VDR) platform, which is at the forefront in the fast developing market for secure hosting of data for the creation, collaboration, communication and sharing of confidential information.
Role Summary / Job Purpose
Provide First Line Help Desk Support
Provide Second Line Implementation Support
Provide assistance with the UAT to the QA team
Scope / Responsibilities
First Line troubleshooting on user technical issues (Browser, Plug-In)
Escalates to Application Support technical issues that cannot be resolved by support
Media Conversion (Excel, Word, PPT, etc into PDF)
Follow all work instructions as defined in ISO 27001 documentation on the Intranet
Under the guidance of the deal specific Project Manager, implements Client Support Requests
Scanning and Indexing of Documents
Answers in-coming phone calls into support
Monitors the email queues for support emails and assists with the production request, carries out the requests and responds to the client
Maintain quality standards and processes to ensure entry/exit criteria are met for the UAT phase
Assists in maintaining standard test methods and procedures to verify acceptance criteria
Experience designing customised test cases and scripts based off of the requirements

English and Italian Language Skills (i.e. native speaker level). Additional languages are advantageous.
