Littlemore Mental Health Centre are recruiting for four Project Support Administrators to support the Project Manager with the termination of NHS.Net email addresses, as well as BT messaging.
The role will oversee:
- NHS mail administration
- Administration of BT messaging system
- Updating spreadsheets with information
- Sending and responding to emails
- Communication with other members of staff to help resolve queries.
- Other general administrative tasks.
Qualifications or IT skills required: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Essential skills: Good communicator (written and verbal)
Desirable skills: Can work on own initiative.
This role will be based at the Littlemore Mental Health Centre on a full time basis. The hourly rate is £12.35 per hour. It is temporary till the end of May 2021 and is subject a Basic DBS check
