We are currently working with a market leading consultant how are looking to take on a New project manager wot work closely with the local authority / NHS to set up a new project, working form cradle to grave on everything from costings and legal obligation to property refurbishment to asset management.

key skills below required:

. Significant PM experience of delivering strategic projects with various partners (public sector), co-ordinating workstreams and enquiries (legal, contractual, funding etc) in order to present a clearly understood business case with options and recommendations for progressing.

. Must have experience of providing detailed informed Business Cases and Reports

. Will be working closely with senior officers and Management in public sector

. Experience of interpreting legal and contractual obligations and impacts on project

. Project – progress, programme, finance and risk (time, cost, quality)

. Ability to undertake analytical reviews to inform more efficient solutions or better practice

. Problem solving

. Natural leader with the ability to influence senior managers

. Able to work to tight timescales, within budget and direct and control, identifying and escalating risk

This will be a contracted role to start with for 12 months , full time hours this may be extend depending on the progression of the contract and the outcome.
