I am delighted to be working upon an exciting and unusual opportunity for a Leeds City Centre based client, who are looking for a Project Manager to undertake 'insight - led' Client Impact Assessment work.
This work involves using information, building datasets, aggregating data and preparing it for sale / delivery to clients.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a significant role in the development and maintenance of relationships with new and existing clients, and to ensure high quality work is delivered within agreed timelines.
As a successful candidate your duties will include:
To research literature, insight and knowledge in the field of Client Experience
Develop and implement Client Impact Assessment tools, approaches and
frameworks to gain the necessary client insight.
Be proficient in SNAP and undertake effective analysis of research data.
Develop and deliver engaging reports, including meaningful and actionable client
insights, supported and evidenced by strong sector/market intelligence.
Guided by the Chairman / Mentors, staff and associates, proactively support the company's goal to achieve Client Experience Excellence in legal and financial firms.

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Good presentation skills, and a positive and enthusiastic attitude to work, coupled with a
Commitment to the role, sales-oriented and an ability to interact with clients by telephone
and face to face and ‘spot’ potential business opportunities.
Attention to detail, organised, proactive and inquisitive.
Able to work independently and take the initiative in progressing projects and tasks.
Excellent project time-management and analytical skills; results-oriented.
Demonstrable understanding of metrics - a ‘natural’ researcher with qualitative and
quantitative research skills.
Technically competent: Microsoft Office, social media and database.
Degree-qualified, or equivalent, with demonstrable ability to undertake company research and analysis.
Willingness to work within a small business environment and client focused culture, and
adapt to the changing needs of the business.
Able to adopt a flexible approach to work, according to the wider business / Group needs.
