Maintain a database of existing and new customers.
Record and monitor all sales opportunities using relevant software.
Raise estimates from information provided by customers ensuring company margins are achieved.
Provide technical support on all products and services.
Attend networking events as required.
Process and manage all orders/projects ensuring customers objectives can be achieved regarding lead times and products.
Monitor stock level against order expectations.
Raise purchase orders as required for stock and non stock items.
Manage all sub-contract elements ensuring projects costs and variations are achieved.
Ensure all project files are completed and up to date.
Maintain estimating/processing packages as required.
Attend site meetings upon request.
Provide temporary support as required in warehouse management, distribution and use of machinery upon full training.
Proactively contact customers to create new opportunities.
Refer business leads to for any access and control opportunities.
