I am currently recruiting for a 'Change' Project manager to join a well established team close to Dorchester. This position is likely to last around 4 months with the opportunity to extend.
The ideal candidate will have lots of practical experience in implementing change, who can work with facts & figures but also communicate with people on a really human level. This work will involve liaising closely with management teams and heads of service to help them understand the impacts. Then helping them bring this to life through new job profiles, consultation with colleagues etc. This is likely to involve plenty of conversations so the person needs to be confident in what they are doing so that they can take people with them.
