My client is looking for a Project Manager to work with their busy team.  

To provide project support to the Chief Executive and Director of Property Services, the Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the Compliance Recovery Project to ensure compliance against all statutory H&S requirements and industry best practice, across over 40 workstreams. 
In this role, you will work closely with Senior Leadership and Department Managers across the business to set project objectives and monitor progress, ensuring delivery within agreed timescales.  You will report progress to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board.
The Project Manager will design and deliver data management systems and processes in order to manage all data and documents from a range of compliance and servicing programmes.  You will also coordinate all internal and external QA audit activity relating to compliance data integrity and resident H&S. 
As an active member of Property Services Management Team, you will work collectively with other managers to embed a culture within teams of positive pro-action and attention to detail, in order to develop and maintain a high standard of service delivery on behalf of our Client Councils.  You will also create and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholders.
While compliance recovery is the principal focus of this role, this is a diverse and flexible role to meet the needs of the business.   
 Manage the project and deliver all project processes: initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing • In conjunction with the Property Services Management Team, develop the scope of the project • Identify resourcing needs by conducting demand analyses, writing business cases and developing Job Descriptions, and work with the Head of Finance to produce funding requests for new roles • Ensure that all resources assigned to the project are utilised to their full potential • Monitor delivery of project actions, liaising with Department Managers to ensure the operational needs of the business continue to be met while teams work on project deliverables • Collect satisfactory evidence of completion of actions, challenging where satisfactory evidence is not available and escalating to the Chief Executive and/or Director of Property Services where required • Recognise and anticipate risks to delivery of project objectives, develop strategies to mitigate those risks, and report to Senior Leadership appropriately  • Document all project-related progress, with evidence where appropriate, and produce regular reports for Senior Leadership, senior Client Council officers and, when requested, the Board • Develop and implement new standard procedures and map corresponding processes so that all responsibilities and tasks are adequately documented • Coordinate business-critical internal and external audits, sourcing and providing documents and data to auditors and ensuring that all audit-related actions across the Property Services Directorate, both during  and after the audits, are appropriately allocated and subsequently monitored for completion • Relationship management with recruitment agencies for interim and fixed term resource requirements • Plan and coordinate Property Services Management Team meetings, documenting and monitoring delivery of actions • Support objectives for continuous improvement by identifying ways in which we can improve internal processes.
