The Project Manager will lead and support the project team. (The project team may consist of i.e. Architects, Technical Consultants, analysts, SAM specialists etc.) In addition, responsible for managing corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan and implement SoftwareONE solutions. In addition Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and coordinating project activities where utilizing centralized (GSDC resources) and assist in monitoring the scope, time, budget and quality expectations, planning, controlling and monitoring projects aligned to the Software Delivery Methodology.

Responsible for managing medium size customer project, supporting delivery lead in customers engagements for SoftwareONE
Meets or exceeds approved budgets by providing reliable financial forecasts to Management and update management on project progress
Identifies and develops new opportunities within current project supporting early qualification and opportunity assessment
Provides training to others and assist them with their professional development
Achieving operational objectives by contributing information and preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems & identifying work process improvements
Coordinates pmONE activities across the subsidiary whilst contributing to the maturing and updating of pmONE documentation. This also includes engaging with Sales and understanding potential pipeline & associated resource requirements
Actively participating in functional and non-functional trainings as directed
Enhances department and organization reputation by performing assigned duties to the best of ability
Allocates new engagements to GSDC / local project management resource
Engages with inside sales / operations & sales team to coordinate SCO / orders and SOW compliance against governance acceptance criteria
Allocates new engagements to GSDC / local project management resource
Provides reporting to management around team utilization, chargeability & delivery backlog
Runs the weekly service delivery update meeting and coordinates monthly check-in calls with extended delivery partners supporting QBR with TS management
Coordinates monthly revenue recognition & invoicing (including forecasts as received from other PM's) and reports to management and local finance.
