My client in Hatfield are seeking a projects co-ordinator to join the team due to an internal promotion.

Duties to include:
- Responsible for uploading all projects on the internal systems and registering them
- Responsible for liaising with all internal stake holders and third parties and acting as a point of contact
- Uploading all pricing documentation to the system and signing off on all compliance documents
- POC for all discounts from application to review and ensuring you maintain accurate documentation
- POC internally for all enquiries regarding the systems or uploaded projects
This role will involve communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and so outstanding communication skills are required as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
The ideal candidate will have previous office administration experience as well as be able to demonstrate previous customer service experience.
