Do you have the ability to be responsible for the governance and co-ordination of small projects within Professional Services.

I am working with a fantastic company based in Milton Park who are looking to add to their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring small projects progress against budget and plan
• Regular communication with the PM team on progress of work
• Reviewing of weekly reports for small projects for quality and content
• Production of departmental status reports
• Ensure the departmental processes are being adhered to
• Ensure the business is aware of high profile issues and sensitive customers
• Escalation of customer issues/sensitivity as necessary
• Managing visibility of forecasting pipeline for professional services resource for upcoming projects
• Set up and closure of small projects
• Ad hoc support for PMs including project plan updates

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Working within a customer service focussed environment
• Ability to understand the requirements of both internal and external customers
• IT skills including Microsoft Office stack
• An understanding of project methodologies
• Good administration skills
• Ability to prioritise issues and customer requirements

Salary £23,000 – £26,0000
Location: Milton Park
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30 with an hour lunch break.
