The organisation has strong links with corporate partners throughout South Yorkshire and successfully run a number of campaigns throughout the year raising both awareness and pledges of support for their essential work. 

This role is a Fixed Term Contract from August to November 2017, 3 days a week

As  Project Co-ordinator you will be working closely with the Project Manager, supporting the delivery of a complex and multi-faceted project plan. This role requires an exceptional individual who has both the technical skills and attitide to succeed. 

This role has arisen as the organisation requires key support during a transitional period the successful individual will help ensure smooth delivery of the project plan. 

Key activities will include: 

Lead due-diligence process through the full life-cycle from project definition, planning, through delivery and benefits realisation. 
Ensure project paperwork and plans to map our work, timeframes and responsibilities is updated and relevant. 
Help devise a budget for the project and help to keep the project on budget. 

Skills and Experience:
Educated to degree level (e)
A project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 (d)
A proven track record in a similar project-co-ordination role. (e)
Excellent communication skills, adaptable to a wide range of audiences (e)
The ability to think creatively and put creative ideas into action (e)
Understanding of the charity sector (d)
Financial literacy (e)
