What is this role?

Reed are looking for a Project Analyst to join their on-site recruitment team at the Leeds Teaching Hospital Trust. The role will be to take ownership of the analytical function of the contract. You will analyse trends and develop and maintain a robust and relevant reporting structure. You will work across the whole staff bank on trouble shooting and being instrumental in on-going projects.

Your duties will include lots of reporting, maintaining projects, undertake new projects, work on recruitment compliance, update staff bank databases and collate data.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone Advanced Excel skills, someone who has an understanding and experience of high compliance and ideally someone who is strong on Power Point. You will need to be educated to at least A-Level of equivalent.

Ideally we would like someone with experience of high compliance in the recruitment sector. You will need to be able to work independently and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
