 Project Administrator

Harrogate

Permanent. Full time 

£22,000 - £26,000 DOE

 

Reed Harrogate are recruiting for an exciting opportunity with our client based in Harrogate. This is a chance for the right person to get involved in a busy, varied role where the whole team are passionate about the business aims.

 

The role will involve:

  • Providing administrative support on any existing or future projects
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Assist businesses with grant applications
  • Manage and keep up to date all aspects of the Customer Relationship Management Database including liaising over changes of property details, updating key business contact information, logging campaigns and other details relating to individual businesses
  • Respond to business and customer enquiries promptly or escalate as required
  • Maintain a database of all customer comments and complaints, collating quarterly reports
  • Provide support to businesses that accept the gift card and set up new businesses in conjunction with gift card supplier
  • Process and mail out gift cards purchased online
  • Managing and following through actions required on patrol reports
  • Co-ordinate insurance cover for employees and the organisation
  • Assist with the production of print and electronic newsletters
  • Co-ordinate website updates
  • Co-ordinate bulk mailings
  • Organise monthly meetings with levy payers, including booking venues and mailing invitations
  • Assist with co-ordination of any event logistics
  • Assist with scheduling of fact-finding trips, event attendance and training including booking travel and accommodation
  • Prepare reports, tender documents and presentations in conjunction with the manager,
  • the Chair or Board Directors

 

 

About you:

  • You will have experience in a varied administrative role
  • You will have some finance experience 
  • Able to multi-task and be a self-motivator 
  • Confident building relationships both over the phone and face to face
  • Experienced with Microsoft Packages
  • Based locally with a strong knowledge of the local area
