Project Administrator required

Reed Business Support are working with a prestigious client based on the Meridian Business Park to recruit an experienced Document Controller, this position is working full time hours 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday and will be for 6-12 months.

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review corporate record retention policy at least annually
• Review record inventory at least annually.
• Ensure compliance with PMO Information Distribution / Document Control processes.
• Ensure compliance with IMS.
• Promote the use of the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) to the maximum extent possible.
• Provide EDMS training and guidance to users.
• Work with project teams to establish document management plans.
• Set-up and maintain EDMS sites for each project.
• Develop and communicate EDMS best practices.
• Minimise the use and retention of paper records in the document control process.
• Maximise the use of BCEC personnel
