A large public sector organisation based in Somerset is currently recruiting for a 12 month Programme Office Manager to join their projects team. If you have experience within programme, project or change management and you are interested in and would like to shape the continued transformation of health and social care, then please apply!



You will:
• Be accountable for the on-going development and delivery of our Programme Management Office, providing a professional programme and project management framework to the Sustainability and Transformation Plan (STP)
• Carry out a quality assurance and peer challenge role on behalf of the STP’s Executive Group
• Develop and lead a centre of excellence for advice, expertise and skills
- Carry out quality assurance ensuring the projects run corrently, the right processes are follwed by the Programme Managers




About you

We would love to hear from you if you have a strong interest and proven track record in programme, project or change management along with the leadership skills required to continue the delivery of the programme to pace. You will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, together with good influencing and communication skills, with an enthusiasm and ability to be proactive and make things happen.
