Reed are currently recruiting for Programme Managers for the Adult Social Care department, for a client based in North West London. 

Job Purpose:

The purpose of this post is to lead and co-ordinate the planning, delivery and monitoring of the BCF work stream to enable delivery of the specific objectives contained in the BCF 17-19 Plan.

BCF 3 Work stream objectives:

1.Develop the care home market capacity to meet on-going and future demand;

2.Reduce London Ambulance Service call outs and emergency admissions from poorer performing homes through supporting enhanced care in Care Homes;

3.Improve the process for complex discharges from hospitals to support the market and thereby reducing delayed discharge;

4.Ensure residents in these settings of care receive an integrated core and enhanced service offer from primary care and other community based services.

5.Ensure that care received in care homes is of the highest quality and supports residents to be as independent as possible.


•Substantial operational and project manager experience in a Local Authority, NHS or other public sector environment
•Experience of working jointly with both providers and commissioners in LA/NHS.
•Experience of delivering projects to time and quality delivering tangible results.
•Effective team working skills.
•Experience of working in a complex and adaptive environment.
