The company has grown susbstantially and now employs a workforce of more than 400 and manages operations across the UK and Ireland.
They are now looking to recruit an experienced production coordinator / administrator to join their team. You will be based in their offices comunicating regularly with the warehouse, transport and other departments
You will be organising stock sheets, learning the suppliers and materials that go in to each blend for production and updatign stock sheets and schedules on the back of this
The working hours will be Monday to Friday 7.00am - 5.00pm although there may be the occasional weekend call from the production team if they have a question around the planning schedule.
Previous experience of production coordination / manufacturing administration would be an advantage due to the nature of this role, Excel skills are critical as you will need to upload intakes and material logs on to this. An excellent telephone manner and communication skills are required along with the ability to problem solve.
Possibility for promotion comes with this role along with regular pay reviews
Due to the rural location of the role your own transport would be an advantage
