 An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to work within the IT Professional Certification team of a leading Swindon based organisation
If you have excellent attention to detail, coordination, a passion for technology and strong interpersonal skills this could be the perfect position for you!

Within this position you will be working within the product team, managing multiple IT Certification Projects from the point of project conception to delivery to the market! The product manager will work with all areas of the business to ensure all aspects of the product lifecycle drive continuous improvement of our customers’ experience. It also involves developing a deep understanding of the Professional Certification marketplace, through both private training providers and employers to develop new products and services that meet customer needs.

The key responsibilities:

• To manage an extensive portfolio which includes Cyber, IT Service Management, GDPR, Agile and Blockchain
• Create and take ownership of project plans
• Manage and delver and to end product delivery projects
• Manage the commercial viability of existing products
• Define project scope and deliverables with project stakeholders
• Establish and maintain collaborative supplier relationships
• Manage the service delivery
• Communicate with all relevant project stakeholders, conveying updates and changes in order to manage expectations
• Manage and deliver end-to-end product development projects – in line with product roadmaps and lifecycles to time/budget/quality targets and business budget requirements
• Be at ease making product management decisions and leading wider teams in go-to-market plans

The Person:

• Agile working methodology
• Proven product management
• Broad knowledge of the IT Sector
• Experience negotiating contractual terms
• Excellent time management, prioritisation and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
• The successful candidate will have strong people skills, a confident communication style with experience of communicating at all levels, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an approachable style
• Excellent attention to detail and a proven ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing environment
