I'm recruiting for a Procurement Co-oridnator for my client based near Attleborough reporting to the Procurement Manager. 

Key Duties:

•Assist with maintaining packaging stock, including minimum & maximum
stock levels, ensuring physical stocks are correct

•Take responsibility for all trays & pallet control, ensuring no stock outs.

•Take responsibility for the purchasing of electrical & consumable items ensuring stock levels are maintained at appropriate levels.

•Maintain the admin side of the function, checking delivery notes and authorising purchase invoices

•Undertake stock and purchasing projects as determined by the Procurement Manager in order to achieve business objectives

• Assist the Procurement Manager with the general administration of the purchasing function.

Person Specification:

Very good attention to detail
Able to Work to Deadlines
Conscientious & reliable
Ability to work under pressure and good persuasion skills 


Some admin experience would be desirable
Good level of education, ideally to A-level standard, degree level would be
an advantage
