This an excellent new opportunity to join a successful medium-sized business based in the Bagshot/Lightwater area. The business is quite informal and very welcoming and supportive, which is reflected in excellent staff retention. Normal hours of work are 9am-5.30pm, however there is some flexibility there – an earlier start and finish time may be an option. Benefits include pension and BUPA, 28 days holiday and the company regularly arrange staff social events. Free parking is available.

In this broad and varied position, you’ll be providing administrative support to the company’s buyer. This will include placing orders and liaising with suppliers over the phone with regard to any queries. You will also be checking delivery notes are correct and matching with invoices to ensure pricing is in line with agreed rates. As well as supporting with ordering, you will also be involved in the administration surrounding equipment hire.

Good attention to detail essential and there will be some Excel work involved so confident IT skills also required. And you’ll need to be well organised and have confident communication skills. Previous experience in purchasing administration however is not essential; the company is happy to provide full training for candidates who have the required transferrable skills.
