Process Lead – We are seeking a Process Lead working for a large Media client based in London. The overall Programme has seen the re-procurement of IT services where vendors have been selected following an OJEU procurement process, and the project will now focus on the onboarding of the new managed service contract

The contract is initially till the end of September 2017 paying £450 - £500 per day

Your responsibilities as Process Lead include:
 To develop and document level 3 procedures and ensure these matchup between the client and Atos in a short delivery window. The client operates within a multi-supplier – SIAM – delivery model with a number of newly procured services to onboard.
 The role will see resources predominantly working on the onboarding of the new managed service contract.
 The roles will work alongside Service Managers and the managed service contract to ensure that the transition has the required processes and procedures established across the client enabling Support Models to operate effectively within defined SLA’s and OLA’s. This will require producing first introduction documents, various agreements and how they embed into onboarding.

Skills and background for the successful candidate that we are looking for:
 Minimum of the ITIL V3 Foundation certification
 Knowledge and experience of Service Catalogues and Service Introduction Documents
 Extensive experience in working in a Service Assurance / Delivery environment and implementing ITIL / service management strategy, operations, capabilities, processes and tooling.
 Previous experience of onboarding large Managed Services.
 Significant process design experience- both high and low level
 Strong communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders, colleagues and suppliers in pursuit of delivering high quality output.
 Strong analytical skills, and able to make sense of complex and logical problems quickly
 Ability to prepare and present oral and written reports, presentations, recommendations and perform necessary research, or investigations.
 Flexible approach to work with a focus on delivery to deadlines and high standards.
 Attention to detail; self-starting and strong focus on completing / finishing

 ITIL V3 Expert certification
 Experience of working within a SIAM delivery model.
 Experience with BMC Remedy
