A large American corporation with a global trace and 12000 employees globally is setting up shop in Prague. You know a company is good when they have been working in the same industry for 150 years and are the number 1 supplier across the globe because of it. They are the industry lead for technologies and services that improve safety, efficiency and connectivity of commercial vehicles. Their new Prague office will be a hub for Commercial Quality and Procurement across Europe and as a result they have a requirement for a Process Improvement Expert.

Within the Process Improvement Expert position your primary focus will be to drive all necessary actions to define, improve and deploy S&P processes as a part of the company for respective responsibility areas; Adapt existing and develop new tools to reduce NVA tasks to the required minimum while ensuring that given procedure work instructions and documented procedures are followed; Provide business intelligence.


• Conduct continuous verification loops on existing tools and systems
- Reduction of administration effort within
- Alignment of tools and systems with given standards
• Run internal customer surveys identifying organizational areas for improvement with a focus on tools and systems
• Develop and deploy S&P System in respective responsibility area
• Conduct process improvement projects in respective responsibility areas
• Develop and conduct training program for respective processes
• Prepare the S&P organization for any change or update to tools and systems with trainings or information material as required
• Develop and conduct the maturity check for respective processes
• Comply with the companies Sourcing & Purchasing rules and policies
For Business Improvement IT
• Monitor and run the execution of IT change requests and projects, including specification of the requirements, defining and executing test strategies
• Supervise authorization profiles for any S&P related systems (e.g. ERP, dB)


 Cost Avoidance due to reduction of administrative effort
 Quality of user guidelines and training documentation available
 User satisfaction measured through regular surveys
 S&P processes validated by S&P Leadership and other company functions
 100% global deployment and control of processes for respective areas.
 100% of S&P Community follow standard S&P processes and templates
 Masters in Economics or IT
 Fluent in English and other European language is an asset.
 Automotive experience in matrix environment is an asset
 IS Engineering competency (solid knowledge of dB structures and functions)
 Quality, Cost, Delivery experience.
 Trained in Lean principles, Six Sigma Green Belt, QR6S Yellow Belt is an asset.
