I am working with a family run, international company who are looking for a London based PA for their Group CEO.

You will be a part of a 40 person office where the Directors, CEO's and Chairmans are primarily based.

This position is made up of 70% Personal PA duties and 30% Office PA duties (you will based in their Kensington office).






Personal PA duties include:
Manage his accounts - bills, payment of household staff, bank cheques, file bank statements, manage expenses on Excel, reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
Travel - Book flights and accommodation for his family, apply for visas and new passports, liaise with driver for pick ups and drop offs
Other - Pay children's school fees, ensure driver picks children up from school, arrange doctors appointments, pay off any private medical fees, arrange MOT and insurance for cars, make sure all family members have access to shared calendar

Office PA duties include:
Travel - Booking flights and accommodation for company employees, apply for necessary visas, sending itineraries to all travellers, liaise with company driver for pick ups and drop offs
Office/Business - Manage diary, book in meetings and arrange meeting rooms, liaise with overseas offices, update client/customer database, cover for Receptionist when off work, send/receive couriers, arrange office socials.

Group CEO - he has been described as vibrant, bright, switched on, easy to work with and someone who wants to continue to grow the company.

60% - 70% of the time the CEO will be travelling, so you must be self sufficient and self-motivated. Having 12 global office, the CEO also have a PA in the US and Singapore, so you won't be having to work over different time zones which means a good life/work balance. 



In regards to hours/days - it's a Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm position. You will have access to everything you need over the weekend in case of emergencies (but this is rare and only really when a flight has been cancelled).

Salary is paying between £36,000 - £40,000 however, if you have exceptional experience, they'd consider paying more!
