My client school are seeking passionate Teaching Assistants to work within their provision on both a day to day and long term capacity. The individual will responsible for working alongside the Teachers within the classroom and support them in enhancing individual’s capabilities within the classroom. You will be an individual who has experience of working as a Teaching Assistant and possesses an exceptional ability of guiding individuals through activities to ensure targeted grades are achieved. You will have a strong subject knowledge across the primary curriculum as you may be required to work across a number of year groups and be able to effectively support behaviour management alongside the classroom Teacher.
The role will entail working alongside and supporting the class teachers in ensuring pupils are being given the necessary support to enhance their development within the classroom. You will be required to work closely on a 1:1 and small group tutorial basis and support in the delivery of interventions.
