This academic year we have had many needs for Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants, covering a range of needs including Autism, Behavioural, Emotional, and Physical needs. Therefore, for the 2020/21 academic year we are wanting to be prepared and have exceptional staff ready to hand. If this is your field, and you are looking for a change then please do get in contact. In terms of us, at REED we have agreements in place with an array of in dependent primary schools, as well as a contract with a multi-academy trust making us their sole provider of staff which covers across Wakefield and Pontefract. In order to be eligible for this role, applicants must have:
• Level 2/3 Teaching assistant/SEN qualifications
• Experience in the classroom
• SEN Experience is vital
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
