Reed Education are currently working with a primary school based on the outskirts of Caerphilly who are looking to add a Foundation Phase Leader to their existing team with a January 2020 start date to cover maternity leave.

About the school…
This primary school is the beating heart of the local community with over 250 pupils aged 3 to 11 years. Just a stone’s throw away from numerous nature trails and a canal, the school promotes “forest school” learning. The school strives to promote positive learning experiences for all the pupils to help achieve their mission statement of community inclusion whilst maximising learner’s progress.

Following their most recent Estyn inspection, the school achieved Good ratings across the board.

About you…
To be successful in these posts, you would need to be: 
• Hold QTS – the school will consider both experienced Teachers & NQT’s;
• An outstanding practitioner with a proven track record as a Foundation Phase Lead (or similar senior role);
• Clear and developed strategies to ensure consistent embedded differentiation across the curriculum;
• Committed to inclusion and promoting exemplary standards of Teaching and Learning;
• Ability to differentiate to facilitate all learners including ALN;
• Creative, well-organised, flexible, motivated and has a sense of humour!
